Yes, however each student’s previous educational training records will be reviewed before an official admission decision can be made.

Yes, job placement assistance is available to all graduates and non-graduate completers. In fact, we take so much pride in our high placement rates that we made it one of our credos: We Work Hard to Get You Working! That being said, we cannot guarantee post-graduate employment . The Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges division does not permit our school or any other similarly accredited schools to guarantee employment.

MT Training Center offers several funding options for students. Financial aid is available for federally approved programs, while tuition assistance may be available for non-federally approved programs for those who qualify. An admissions representative can help you explore the best funding option based on your eligibility.
Yes, we do. In fact, we have educated and placed many previously incarcerated persons. However; please keep in mind, when selecting your career path, the type of felony for which you were convicted may limit your employment opportunities in a particular field. We would be happy to make recommendations to you based upon previous similar cases.
No, you do not need a high school diploma or GED in order to enroll. However, an enrolling student must be able to pass an ability to benefit (ATB) test in order to gain admission into the MT Training Center.
You are more than welcome to drop in for a campus tour or you can also schedule a tour online.
MT Training Center offers open enrollment. You can begin school the Monday after you have been officially admitted into the School.
Yes, we offer all of our students additional tutoring when necessary.
No. MT Training Center does not require a Post-Graduate Contract for any of our training programs. You are free to sign with the company of your choosing. For additional information regarding post-graduate contracts, contact us.
MT Training Center offers programs such as CNC Machining, Welding, CDL Truck Driving, Accounting, Medical Office training, ESL, and GED classes.
MT Training Center start classes on every first and third Monday of each month.
No. Currently, the programs that are eligible for Fedaral Student Aid would be: Computer Numerical Control Machinist, Combination Welding, Computerized Accounting, and Advanced CDL. The 4-week CDL Program has financial assistance available for those who qualify.
MT Training Center is located in DeSoto, Texas, within the Dallas–Fort Worth area, making it accessible to students across the region.
MT Training Center is eligible to serve all counties in Texas. Our main areas include, but are not limited to: Dallas County, Tarrant County, Wise County, Denton County, Collin County, Hunt County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, Johnson County, Hood County, and Parker County.
